Return

To complete your return, you will be asked to fill our Product Issue Form to provide us with a description of the issue, a photo or video of the item, and the SKU.

 

***Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will send you a return label to send the shipment.***

It doesn't fit or you don't like it? Although we do our best to continuously improve our item descriptions, images, and size information, it may still happen that the hardshell feels different than you expected, or a particular backpack model simply doesn't suit your back.

We say: no problem! Send it back!

You have 30 days from the date of your order to check out the item thoroughly. You can return any item within 30 days without a problem. Please note that we only take back unused items. Be careful not to remove attached labels or dirty the item. The goods must not show any signs of use.

The 4 steps of a return

Four simple steps – this is how to handle a return.

1. Fill out the form Please fill out the returns form, which is part of every delivery. It will allow us to process your returns as quickly as possible. Or just contact us on: support@lifeoutdoor.net
2. Pack the goods Make sure to return everything in its undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping carton.
3. Send the goods

You must cover the cost of the shipment.

Please do not send the goods freight collect, as we will then deduct the postage incurred from your credit note.

4. You'll get your money back As soon as we have received the goods, we will check and process the return. Once processing is complete, we will notify you via e-mail. Then we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed the order. Please allow 7-10 days from receipt of a return for us to process it and issue your refund.

Transport damage

You will of course immediately get a replacement of goods damaged during transport. Make sure you check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and possible damage. It is best to note any deficiencies in writing to the delivery provider upon receipt. The next step is to inform our team about the damage using our email: support@lifeoutdoor.net  so that we can immediately organise a refund or replacement. Omitting to file a complaint or getting in contact with us will in no way infringe upon your statutory warranty rights. It does however greatly help us to file our own claims against the logistics provider or the cargo insurance.

Your Right to Cancel an Order

You have the right to cancel an order, at any point, beginning from the day after the day the order is delivered, up to 14 working days for a full monetary refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). LifeOutdoor will extend this period to a full 30 days.

After allowing our customers reasonable time for inspection, we request the items are returned with their original packaging where possible. Any unwanted item must be unused and in an 'as new' condition.

All Items must be securely and safely packaged  for the journey back to us, as insufficiently packaged goods may become damaged in transit.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, LifeOutdoor will refund 'original' postage costs for returned goods, with the exception of any customer who's order contains several items and returns all, but one. In this case none of the postage costs will be refundable. Please also note that we will only refund standard cost of postage even if you paid for next day delivery.

LifeOutdoor will not be responsible for any items 'returned' postage costs. We will, in most cases, be happy to arrange for such returns to be collected, however we reserve the right to subtract our costs in doing so from any refund due to you, the cost for a collection of a package is £12.00.You are entitled to return items by any service you deem reasonable, but request you obtain a signed for service as we can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged on the journey back to us through your own chosen service.
